Congratulations to Norfolk School Board Member Carlos Clanton, who was elected to serve as the 2020-2021 Board Chair of the Virginia Governors School for the Arts (GSA) Regional Governance Board. Mr. Clanton is the first GSA Alum (1998 Vocal Music Department) to serve as Regional Board Chair.
In 2018, he made history for the Governor’s School as its first Alum to serve on the Regional Board.
